Working with Daisy Wong has been a life changing experience for me. I loved working with Daisy! She is both kind and gentle, and she challenged me to take my life to the next level. When I began working with Daisy, I had somewhat of a vision of what I wanted to create. Through Daisy’s guidance and attention, I was able to clarify my goals. She helped me overcome obstacles, and she celebrated my wins. ~ Shannon, Connecticut

I am here to help you embrace your relationships and inspire you to take radical care of yourself.
So many women are taught to be the good girl, to help others and never ask for anything in return.
Then, when your needs aren’t met, you feel resentful & angry.
You wonder, who is thinking about my needs?
Can you relate…
You want healthy relationships with your family so you set boundaries, use affirmations, meditate, journal, yoga, drink green juices only to find that your lack of self-confidence gets in the way and relationships with others don’t change.
You plan a daily personal practice but it doesn’t happen because something came up or someone needs help.
Do you feel validated that you are enough by how many people you can “help” or ‘fix”?
You can’t find time or money for a massage, yoga, books or anything self-care related because you feel guilty or selfish.
You set off to complete a 30-day meditation challenge only to give up after 3 days.
You are constantly reliving bad habits that are keeping you miserable.
The behavior of others really bothers you. You are constantly thinking about what they should do to “fix” their life?
You overcommit to a million different things, leaving no time for you?
- Boundaries, you don’t even know what that word means.
Then the icing on the cake, we beat ourselves for not having what we set out to do.
Our emotions spiral downhill fast and we find ourselves in a funk months later wondering how did I get here?
The truth is you’re not alone…. it’s not your fault.
We were raised to be people-pleasers and to look for internal validation from others.
We were not given tools for healthy relationships and self-care.
I know first hand that relationships and self-care are hard.
No one taught us how to set boundaries or what staying in integrity looks like.
I’ve been there and I have seen hundred of women go through funky times.
We all want perfect relationships and most importantly, we want a perfect life.
The secret is… there’s no secret.
The solution is we have to be gentle and take radical care of ourselves. We must align our commitments to what we say we want.
Having a light and happy life is all about keeping up.
My teacher, Yogi Bhajan says “Keep up and you will be kept up” – Yogi Bhajan
I love this quote because it’s so simple.
If you keep up, even when you can no longer keep up, your confidence, commitment, patience & strength will grow.
My life wasn’t always filled with flowers and sunshine.
Through my 20’s, I was miserable, I had terrible relationships. I hated the way I communicated and I never felt good enough.
I used work & relationships as my worthiness scale, telling me when I was and not doing enough.
I allowed my checking account balance & my to do list to determine how good I felt about myself.
I lost touch with my values, integrity & myself. I didn’t know how to relax and take time for myself.
That’s why I want to share the tools and insights that I learned along the way because self-care & healthy relationships are available for you.
